David Silverman is the Chief Financial Officer of SandboxAQ, where he leads the finance function and works closely with the executive team to set the company’s strategic and financial priorities, including building scalable systems, support data‑driven decision‑making including capital allocation, and guide the company through key inflection points such as continued expansion, M&A, and eventual IPO readiness.
Before joining SandboxAQ, David spent more than three decades at PwC, where he served as a senior partner co-leading the Emerging Company Services practice. He has advised dozens of leading venture- and private equity–backed companies across software/SaaS, ecommerce, B2B, and other sectors, guiding them through demanding growth cycles and numerous private and public financings, M&A transactions, and spin‑offs.
